The Lite 140 is a drag knife cutting plotter designed for volume vinyl cutting, fully automated contour cutting and through cut of full colour signs and stickers. This budget friendly cutter will deliver the finest cutting quality with excellent long-length tracking.
A complete set of high quality cutting blades is available, tuned to give you perfect cuts and easy weeding. With six pinch roller positions & an extended cutting mode, the Lite 140 can handle all most common media sizes – from 26 cm up to 142 cm.
Ideally suited for working in tandem with any Mutoh ValueJet sign & display printer, the Lite 140 cutter incorporates a laser sensor which will recognise registration marks on pre-printed graphics. This way, the cutter will know perfectly in which area it will have to do contour cutting or through cutting. The Lite 140 also integrates barcode reading. With this unique technology, manual intervention for contour cut and through cut jobs can be fully eliminated, offering a truly foolproof print-to-cut workflow. Not only will this make you work faster, you will moreover eliminate the risk of sending wrong cutting data, wasting substrate(s), inks and resources.
